Regarding Methodology, we leverage on our expertise in conducting high-level maritime executive searches to implement a consistent approach across all assignments. We prioritise evaluating not only skill sets but also personality traits and cultural fit to find the most suitable match for each customer's corporate goals and vision.

Technology
Embracing Technology, we acknowledge the limitations of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and recognise that it won't replace our expertise anytime soon.
